The project was to be a redevelopment of a historic site that was once the first mall in the country, a legacy of it's own right. Over time the building was sold and transformed, becoming a treasured local library. The vision cast by the client and told by our design team, was for this to now become a residential / mixed-use development setting the tone for what luxury living is meant to look like.

Stories Untold
Working in tandem with the design team, I developed a story and graphic template that enhanced the design concepts. The theme was grounded in a sepia- tone color pallet, supported by rich reds, greens and blues, inspired by a memory of books on shelves, holding stories of a time and place, that draw on moments and bring you back to that time, no matter where you are, and promising a future of more memories and stories to fill the shelf.

The practice still uses this as a firm-wide example of storytelling as part of a pursuit and delivering design concepts.
