Confidential client and location - aiming to redevelop an iconic location into a residential / mixed-use tower with a focus on the pedestrian experience and the location being adjacent to a local stadium. The city has a very precise coding, zoning and entitlement process which the team is an industry leading expert on, which I aimed to showcased through relevant project examples.

The intention was to showcase ideas, but not deliver an defined concept, the team wanted to lean in on being their partner, not present an exact solution where it feels like we are prescribing a solution without their input. The overall deck was set in rich reds and blues to bring forward the connections to DC, while the design is set in bright and energetic blues, pinks and greens to help visualize the modern, digital, pedestrian energy we want to bring to the site.

I had to work to make the two pallets work together in a way that made sense, without feeling divorced from each other, but also highlighting the difference in answering the questions from the RFP while enticing them through the vision the team was casting.
