After winning the Nashville Eastbank project, the client had worked with an outside marketing agency for potential brands, logos, naming conventions, color story of the overall development. It was formally named EastPoint.

As the design developed and was finalized for city permitting, the client needed a go-to-market package that would help secure financing, future tenants and city approval. I adopted one of their outside agency brand guidelines and used it to curate the package. It was minor adjustments from our original response graphics, but was impactful for the client to make it feel like what they've taken the time to invest in.
