An envisioned sports anchored mixed-use district in the heart of the Nashville Eastbank development, adjacent to the new (future) Titans Stadium. The goal for the response was to cast the vision for the development, reach the client through emotive imagery and excitement around the possibilities for their future growth. This kind of development can change a city, we wanted to showcase how to maintain the heart of the community while curating the next favorite destination for all of Tennessee.

I wanted to keep it rich and cultural, but not cheesy. I created a grit overlay, I used thematic fonts and colors that all tied into the local culture. For the tab imagery I used AI to curate the imagery to convey the design concepts and tell the story of the site we planned to deliver. Each page was a custom graphic layout, starting from scratch. I worked with the design team to pair content, imagery and narratives to seamlessly connect the story from start to finish.

We had to both answer RFP questions and present our design concepts. My greatest challenge was blend all elements together to tell a cohesive story from multiple team members, graphic qualities and design elements, .

The client let us know that the visual storytelling I prepared helped us win the project. My team showcased this document across the firm, to other clients and outside partners as the prime example of visual storytelling.
